#latepost **This one has been long long due.
It was only previous year that Lakme had introduced their new Argan oil make-up and beauty range and I was intrigued as the ingredients looked promising! And it was only Lakme that had introduced “serum” in the Indian skin routine and was into large scale advertising of the product. By then I had already tried my hands on Korean serums and the one I bought was expensive! And somehow I thought if this product worked for me I would be saving on my money.

A deeply nourished, radiant look is in store for you with the regular application of this almost magic-like potion.
Ingredients – Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Isohexadecane, Perfume, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernal Oil, BHT, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Fruit oil, Hydroxystearic Acid, Linalool, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Coumarin, Alpha-Isomethyl, Ionone, Lemonene, Citronellol
Price – 899/- INR
Quantity – 15ml
Packaging – The face serum comes in a shiny golden bottle with a dropper and overall gives a very luxurious look. The important product information like ingredients, expiry date, how to use, benefits, price, etc. is mentioned on the outer carton. The product is lightweight but not travel-friendly! Some product had already spilled when I opened it for the first time.
Texture – Has a dry oil formula which is soaked in by the skin almost immediately.
Fragrance – It has a nice sweet smell which is soothing to your senses.
I could sum it down by saying that this product is a disappointment! But I read some really positive reviews about it from many Indian bloggers. For me, however, I have been using one of the best Korean serum ( Kbeauty Step 5 – Serums/Ampoules : TIAM My Signature C Source Vitamin C Serum Review ) when I thought of giving this a try. It had failed to impress me in any way. It was just a dry oil which moisturized my skin and did nothing else! So this one was a dud and for me I still remain skeptical about trying Indian popular skin care ranges. So after this I am strictly going to keep my products Korean but look for less expensive options among them.
Still you never know… it might just suit your skin and give you the desired results —
