Biotique’s Bio Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum For Hair Fall – Review.

Monsoon and hair has never been the best of friends and my hair has the same story! The place where I am recently has worst monsoons… it just keeps pouring for days! It stays wet and damp for days and I end up having terrible hair fall at times. I am not very experimental when it comes to my hair. I have a super sensitive scalp and end up having hair fall at little ups and downs, which is kind of frustrating. I do try a lot of home-made masks – 5 Best Home-made Masks For Your Hair

However this time I thought of giving a try to a hair serum. It’s not always possible to take out enough time to apply mask on my long hair so I wanted to see if a serum would work good. And to my surprise it did!

This Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum promises to stop hair fall and to me, it looked more like a tonic than a serum. It is herbal, it has some very interesting blend of ingredients, smells fresh, is free from preservatives and is cruelty free.

 – My Verdict –

I had made a small change in the packing for my convenience – I have shifted a little amount of the serum in a spray bottle so that I can spray the serum on my scalp directly and massage with my finger tips. I have been using it once daily, before going to bed. You require very less amount for scalp and the best part is even if you go overboard with the amount , it never makes my hair look greasy. Which is a huge plus point for me and this serum definitely controls the severity of  hair fall for me this monsoon.

The product blends well and gets absorbed really fast. It’s been two weeks and I have noticed that my hair has started having a bouncy feel and shine. The hair fall has lowered considering the amount of hair fall I generally have during these monsoons. And I see lots of new growth but I am not sure if it is because of the serum as, my hair usually grows really fast and new growths are also pretty frequent even without using any products.

I have been using this product for more than three weeks now and I won’t say this product has been magical. But somehow my hair fall is lesser than it usually happens during Monsoons. I am not sure I would be using this serum on other seasons when I am not having hair fall… but I am going to continue this till the time I usually fear having hair fall.

So overall the product was a good buy and here are few pros and cons of the product that caught my eyes.
